Great experience from start to finish!!Jay is really friendly, helpful, and organized - no pressure.I travelled from Bristol to view Mazda CX-3 petrol automatic on the higher end of price, but the quality of the vehicle provided based on the age was amazing, it is like a new car! I travelled from Bristol (over 2 hours) and went back to buy the following weekend. The test drive provided a car that appeared ready for handover, but when I went back the following weekend, the car looked new inside and out. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend that those who want a good quality vehicle consider this dealer - you are in good hands with Jay.

I & the Mrs travelled from London all the way to Ferndown and the trip was worth every bit. We received a premium service and got a high quality vehicle which looks and feels like a brand new car. The guys there were absolute gentlemen, they received us very well with smiles and approachable demeanour , gave us history of their dealership and their ethos of being honest and transparent which has resulted their business growth and prosperity for over 10 years. I have never felt so confident purchasing a 2nd hand car before like I did this time. They even went above and beyond to find us replacement original car mats for the car which were missing!They did not pressure us to purchase the vehicle, demonstrated the vehicle to us, left us to inspect and test drive it at our own pace and space. It has been a month since we bought the car from them, no issues whatsoever and we absolutely love our new ride. I recently purchased a 2015 Mazda 3 sport from Trust Motors and I couldn't be happier with it. I've bought many cars over the years and this was by far the best sales experience i've had. Jay was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. It was really reassuring to come across a dealer who is properly clued up on all of his cars and is happy to spend time answering questions without any sales pressure. Also a really nice selection of quality vehicles. I would definitely use Trust Motor Company again in the future, and will be recommending them to my family and friends.

Responded to messaged request promptly (even though it was over the Xmas hols so hadn't anticipated any reply for a week or so!). Very pleasant & straight forward to deal with. Viewed car within days & found exactly as described. Busy business & I can see why.

Best experience of buy cars!I bought my first car here and they were not pushy whatsoever and gave us there honest opinions, advice and knowledge on what cars would be perfect for a first car. They help amazingly and was a painless and not stressful at all experience. They were very pleasant, nice and happy to help me with any questions. They were so good that even the week after my we returned again and my nan bought a car aswell! When I picked my car up the filled it with balloons and said that it’s not everyday you get your first car. They did not rush us to by! Would definitely recommend this to everyone who is thinking of buying or looking for a car!

I bought my Mazda 6 back in November and I am absolutely over the moon with it. My first time buying a car and Jay was really friendly and helpful. Always had a smile on his face and he wasn't pushy with the sale, preasuring me into buying if it wasn't right for me. Great range of quality cars. Took 2 days to answer the phone , once got answer on one of his cars he didn’t seen that bothered on selling Only asked for a video of car running or even a walk around video of car and he told me no after giving me attitude on the phone as I told him I’m over 200 miles to travel one way but didn’t have time of day for me so I definitely don’t recommend
