What are amazon person jays is as soon as your walk though gate.He had a smile on his face So I was. Looking for a car for my son.I've been look 3 months now Been to other car places The photos were great, but the car was not. So we carried on our search and find Trust motor company I couldn't believe How clean and tidy the car was And had a really good feeling about this place. So I chatted to jay and we bought a car from him As this is for my son whose 18 1st times car Jay Even put some blooms in the car which was amazing. We recently bought a Kia Sportage from Trust Motor Company and were blown away by the treatment we received from Jay. We made an appointment by phone and arrived at the set time and the vehicle was ready for us to have a look at. He spoke to us about the car and then left us to look around and get in it. There was no pressure or rushing we were able to take as long as we wanted. We took it out for a test drive and again we were not rushed and were told to take it for as long as we needed. Jay was very honest and pointed out two very small issues which he could have kept quiet about but being professional and honest he told us and then ordered the parts to fix it. We agreed to buy the vehicle and absolutely love it. We would definitely recommend Jay and Trust Motor Company.

Jay was very helpful, friendly and honest regarding the Honda CRV I was interested in. As I wasn't local to the showroom and had quite a distance to travel, he was happy to answer any questions that I had, and even pick me up from the local train station in the vehicle so that I could have a test drive. I was actually shocked at it's amazing condition and once driven back to the showroom, I was allowed as much time as needed to inspect it thoroughly. After putting the money down, I drove it home from Bournemouth to Essex with no issues whatsoever. I would definitely use Trust Motor Company again, this was the first time I had bought a second hand car and the whole experience was made very easy by Jay.
