I would like to say a big THANK YOU for the Trust Motor Company. Having purchased the vehicle without physically going to see it (I live in Wolverhampton West Midlands) was a first a bit daunting. The team were very helpful in explaining all the spec and condition of the purchased vehicle. Upon my request, they even sent me via email a video. To top it up, Trust Motor Company delivered the vehicle right to my door step . On time, punctual, and very helpful. Could not fault the outstanding service. Trust Motor Company, run by a couple of guys that want the best for their customers, they source cars that are of a high standard, are happy to negotiate and will give you a good deal. When I get tired of my Rav 4 maybe in ten or twenty years, I will go back and buy something else from them! They are that good! Seriously, if you want excellent customer service and good quality cars, this is the place to go.

I really can't recommend Jay enough.I went in looking for a Honda CR-V and he had a few. Jay showed me the one I ended up buying and pointed out the little used-car-cosmetic bits himself before I'd even spotted them, then just handed me the keys and gave me space to have a proper look in my own time.The car itself runs brilliantly. Accelerates smoothly, brakes well, and it's clear it's been looked after. One thing that stood out is that Jay actually drives the cars for a few hours before selling them, which most dealers don't bother with, so he genuinely knows they're running right before they go out. My wife loves it too, loads of room for her horse riding gear and she feels safe and comfortable.On the test drive I noticed a bit more road noise than I expected around the rear. Turned out it had grabber tyres fitted, which I didn't want or need, and Jay happily swapped them for a different set. No problem at all.I bought the car, then the air con stopped blowing cold, and honestly that's the moment you find out what a dealer's really like. Jay just sorted it. Refilled the AC gas first, then when it went again, he got it diagnosed properly and replaced the leaking condenser unit. No fuss, no making me feel like I was being a pain. Top-tier after-care.That's rare. Buying used always carries a bit of risk, but what you really want is confidence that if something goes wrong it'll be dealt with properly. Jay delivered exactly that. If you're after a used car and someone who'll stand behind what he sells, go and see Jay.
